Brenda-Jean Rider, Certified Pilates Instructor

Brenda-Jean Rider has been in the fitness industry as an instructor for over 15 years. Brenda is certified as a Pilates instructor by Power Pilates in New York City.

Brenda's goal as an instructor is to see that her clients receive the proper benefits from each Pilates session: developing an evenly conditioned body with long, lean muscles. Enhanced balance, flexibility, and coordination are just some of the positive results gained from working with Brenda.
